Snr Financial Accountant required for leading pharma company based in Cork - excellent opportunity for the right candidate - Main duties. Month End Closing. Preparation of statutory accounts in accordance with various GAAP requirements. Reconciliation between US GAAP and local GAAP accounting. Financial Reporting Segmentation. Prepare Board Reporting packs as required for quarterly meetings. Support with SOX related activities. Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations and follow up & resolve reconciling items in a timely manner. Liaise with local statutory and tax accountants as required. Compliance. Forecasting. Budgeting. Experience. Qualified Accountant. Ideally coming from a manufacturing/pharma/ background. Min 4 years PQE experience. Ability to work in a high pressured environment.
