Sales Administrator. Permanent. Cork. Our client, an indigenous organisation in the Construction and Engineering industry is recruiting a Sales Administrator to join their team in Cork due to ongoing expansion. Responsibilities. First point of contact for customer queries. Order management. Processing quotations, orders, dockets, etc. Lead generation. Updating the internal CRM system in a timely and efficient manner. Working to specified KPIs and targets. Maintain up to date product knowledge. Supporting the sales team. Ad hoc duties as required. Requirements. Strong administration skills. Knowledge/experience in the construction/engineering industry. Previous experience in sales administration/order management role. Enthusiastic self-starter with a positive attitude. Strong customer focus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work to targets.
