Our client is a leading pharmaceutical organisation globally. Due to a significant global investment, they are expanding their manufacturing operations in the Cork facility. The role: You will report directly to the Director of Operations and sit on the senior leadership team for the site. The Operations Lead will provide coaching and support to the operations employees identifying and developing key talent skills within the team providing leadership on multiple projects and process tech transfer activities. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure start-up operations for the site are in line with company targets while assisting in the development of KPIs for the biologics function. The Associate Director will be responsible for daily production output and identifying areas for improvement within manufacturing processes ensuring the highest level of quality and safety standards. The person: You will be degree qualified with 5 years' experience in a leadership role within pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. You will have demonstrated knowledge of more than one pharma/ biopharma manufacturing operation with startup experience being advantageous.
