My Client is currently recruiting chef de parties for a new restaurant concept in the heart of Cork city. Excellent opportunity for a chef de partie to gain invaluable experience working in a new restaurant concept. My client realises that providing a happy working environment in an atmosphere where their employees can grow and develop their skills is vital to the success of the business. Therefore they are seeking a chef who can not only work well as part of a team but also has a willingness to learn new skills and is driven to progress in their career. The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience working as a chef de partie in a brasserie style environment. Previous experience with rotisserie is an desirable. Genuine passion for producing high quality food. Ability to work well as part of a team. Must have a professional manor with strong customer service skills. Strong communication skills. Detailed knowledge of HACCP required. Two positions available: Chef de Partie for breakfast/lunch - Day time hours only. Chef de partie for dinner service - Evenings.
