Our Client a leading Healthcare Organisation providing excellence in care and support are looking to attract a Medical Administrator for their Organisation. Reporting to the Lead Patient Coordinator, the successful candidate will: Greet and Register Patients on a day to day basis. Handle all patient issues and complaints in line with Company Guidelines. Providing reassurance, support and information to patients regarding their treatment. Performing any local administration tasks such as billing/claims/ lodgements etc. Provide films/cd’s and all receipts to Patients. Update all records in an efficient, confidential manner, with excellent attention to detail. Undertake different tasks with flexibility and adaptability on a daily basis. Provide excellence in patient care through the efficient management of patients through the Clinic. The Successful Candidate will have previous medical administration experience either in a Hospital, Primary Care of GP Site. Strong patient focus is critical coupled with exceptional customer facing skills, flexibility and an ability to work as part of a team. Experience in dealing with highly confidential patient information is critical. This is a full time 39 hour week role worked across 3 x 12 hour shifts OVER 7 DAYS but shifts could vary. This adds up to 36 hours and the other 3 hours are made up during the month. Candidates will be required to work one Sunday a month, but they can also swap their days with other employees to suit themselves. Only candidates who can meet this criteria need apply.
