Workforce Analyst x 2. Cork. Working with a rapidly growing company who are looking to recruit 2 Workforce Management Analysts to ensure the correct scheduling, forecasting and a correct resource allocation for 2 brand new projects based in their office in Cork. Duties include: •Coordinates with local site operations and analyze historical data and forecast demands. •Supports the site team by optimizing the staffing requirements. •Ensure schedules are generated to maximise the efficiency of resources. •Provide various scheduling analyses to ensure optimal schedules and provide staff recommendations. •Ensure data integrity within WFM systems. •Provide various WFM presentations such as new hire presentation and Department Quarterly Reviews. •Review forecasting and scheduling work rules. •Builds a strong relationship with the project operations team to help ensure proper execution of the capacity plan. •Provide general education regarding the best workflow and management practices. Skills and Experience required: •Experience with WFM software that includes real-time adherence preferred. •High level of MS office, Excel and familiarity with SQL desirable. •Bachelors degree in business, statistics, and accounts or related field experience preferred. •Minimum 3+ years of analyst experience essential. •Ability to effectively manage multiple high profile projects at one time. •Experience in a professional environment comprised of multiple levels of professional, technical and administrative personnel.
