Main Areas of Responsibility: Process all monies received daily as allocated in workflow queue. Achieve daily SLA targets for productivity and quality, individually and as a team. Reconciling unknowns/unallocated/missing payments. Carry out quality control checks on your peers and QC of your own work, to meet SLA. Maintain spreadsheets for the purposes of credit management reporting of errors/changes required. To actively monitor and action all activities within your individual work queue and within the set timescales. Update training manual with any changes in procedure, to maintain accurate records. Allocating high value cash payments. Investigating and resolving queries. Communicate and escalate to immediate Supervisor when necessary, all issues related to account queries in a timely manner. Cross training for other duties within your team. Experience and attributes required; Accounting Technician desirable. Financial/Credit Management experience. Fluent written and spoken English. High numeric accuracy. Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook. Experience of working to and performing against set targets. Ability to deal positively and professionally with our clients to build rapport. Excellent communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Experience of working in a team environment. Proactive attitude – must have ability to take initiative to get the job done. Attention to detail and logical approach to problem solving.
