Customer Service Reps x 12. West Cork. Working with an expanding professional Support Solutions company who are urgently looking to recruit Customer Service Agents to join their team. Looking to hire customer service reps who are MS office proficient and has experience in providing high-end customer service. Duties include: •Ensuring that all calls for the particular project at hand are serviced in an efficient and speedy manner. •Ensuring delivery of a quality service on a continuing basis. •Processing client / customer queries. •Dealing in a professional manner with clients / customers. •Provide administrative support as and when required. •Ensuring that all calls at hand are serviced in an efficient and speedy manner. •Dealing with incoming post and e-mails. •Updating system accurately. •Issuing correspondence. Skills/Experience required: •Excellent Computer skills and Data Input experience. •Excellent attention to detail. •Fluent written and spoken English. •Previous Customer Service experience preferred. •Team player with strong analytical skills. •Excellent communication skills. •Ability to work to tight deadlines.
