Technical Transfer / NPI Support. Strategic advice. THE ROLE. As our Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for identifying and placing qualified professionals onto our projects. We are looking for someone who has the ability to manage, filter and pipeline qualified candidates to client business units throughout the world. Source and recruit permanent and freelance engineers for our projects using a number of recruitment methods such as our database, social media channels and personal networking / referrals. Contributing towards the growth of our candidate pool worldwide by searching and recruiting both active and passive candidates for our current and upcoming projects. Organising, managing, and tracking candidate flow. Being involved in the full end to end recruitment process including advertising roles, shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews, completing references and making job offers. Understand functional hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements to act as a technical resume evaluation expert. Build and maintain excellent working relationships with candidates. BACKGROUND. Third level qualification in business, marketing or similar. 2 - 3 years experience in a successful recruitment role within a fast paced environment. Experience in recruiting permanent and /or freelance engineers within the life sciences industry. Highly target driven and customer service focused.
