We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team in Cork on a temporary basis (until end of the year initially. We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo's mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi. We are at the heart of PepsiCo products, sourcing ingredients to manufacture more than 1,200 recipes for our brands. The successful will be responsible for sourcing candidates across all levels and functions for our Ireland sites and will support the recruitment team in the sourcing and screening of profiles & CV's. Primary Accountabilities: Work with the recruitment team to assist with our TA delivery. Source and screen candidates across all functions and levels. Utilise cutting edge sourcing methodologies to identify and engage with high calibre candidates including social media, database interrogation, utilising job boards etc. Essential Skills: Proven experience of extensive direct sourcing using up to date sourcing methods. Excellent boolean sourcing experience. Proven experience in managing and running multiple sourcing campaigns. Ability to work in a fast paced environment that requires excellent time management, prioritisation and multitasking skills.
