A well known company in Cork have an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst to join their team on a12 month Fixed term contract.Reporting to Business Planning Team, you will assist in the development and implementation of key sales support operations, with particular responsibility for the maintenance & cleansing of the account data used across the company's sales systems. You must have had some prior exposure to large Enterprise systems (e.g. CRM) and be comfortable with basic master data, application and reporting concepts. Key Job Responsibilities. Manage the collection and cleansing of data received from customers for internal reporting. Perform detailed data analysis in a timely manner so that the data is reliable and can be used for internal decision making. Manage and resolve data related issues arising from what data is sent to the team, and also when that data is processed internally. Maintain and utilize appropriate reporting solutions to support the analysis & cleansing work. Aptitude and interest in large enterprise systems. Good understanding of the data management principles. Data management and analysis skills in Excel and/or Numbers. A basic understanding of Business Intelligence tools & concepts. Education. An undergraduate degree preferably with a technical slant.
