HR Administrator. Cork. Contract. A leading multinational in the IT sector are recruiting a HR Administrator to join their HR Operations team in Cork. What will I be doing? Acting as a point of contact in resolving a range of problems. Supporting the HR Team. Operating in accordance with company policies and procedures. Supporting the on-boarding and off-boarding processes. Liaising with other areas of the business where necessary. Ensuring the HR System is updated in a consistent and timely manner. Participating in process improvement initiatives. What do I need? Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role. Third level qualification in Human Resources. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organised with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Customer focused team-player. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
