HR Analyst. My client a large multinational corporation is looking for a Human Resource Analyst to work on support to the global HR organisation by serving as a lead expert for the processes and technology operated and owned by the Global HR Solutions team. <i>The primary role of the HR Operations Manager is to manage a team of process, systems and compliance analysts in Cork and the States ensuring high performance from the team as well as contributing to the career development of the team members. The individuals on this team will act as HR SME’s for critical processes managed by the Global HR Solutions team. It is expected that the manager in this position will conduct their daily activities through the lens of appropriately protecting HR Data, including complying with all HR Privacy and compliance mandates. This role will also support and contribute to the long term strategic business objectives and requires strong forward thinking and an ability to lead and execute high profile cross functional projects in a resource driven environment to deliver sustainable business solutions. Through efficient and effective management of HR data, the business partners can focus on the challenge of utilizing resources to innovate and deliver to customers. Primary focus is on the maintenance and development of efficient and effective data, systems and information flow between the business areas and HR. </i> <h2>Job Description</h2> Ensure data accuracy by conducting assessments, troubleshooting and correcting identified HR Data issues. Coordinate & lead the robust testing for IT system updates and new releases with specific focus on maintaining & enhancing the quality of the underlying HR processes. Support the Global HR Solutions team by leading the troubleshooting, escalation & resolution of HR data and system issues. Influence & own the Global HR Data standards. Support the training of internal HR groups across affiliates on the HR Data Mgt processes. Support global/regional HR Process related projects to continue to enhance and bring efficiencies to the HR processes by acting as the regional process expert for HR data management. Support the overall Global HR Solutions team by demonstrating flexibility in providing cover for team members and training of new team members. Analyse business workflows and processes and introduce process improvements. Lead workstreams for the transition of global processes into new technology. <h2>What you need to do the job</h2> 2-5 years’ experience in HR function with knowledge of integration of various HR systems & data. Experience with SAP HR Module or similar HRM system. Demonstrated experience working effectively across functional or geographical boundaries in order to achieve business outcomes. Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience.
