This is a newly created position and it will focus on clinical research and clinical study start-up activities across the EU and other regions. Responsibilities. Obtain clinical trial authorisations and ethical approvals. Populate and Manage TMF (Trial Master File) Archival and Storage, Quarterly Reviews, Files documentation of Clinical Study related communications in the TMF- ensuring it is updated for future requirements. Work closely with the study teams to assist with timely uploading of Clinical Documentation. Communicate and negotiate budgets within the organisation. Ensure country specific regulatory and data privacy requirements are incorporated into submission documents and any other documents/systems. Comply with all procurement, legal and financial requirements and procedures. Ensuring the department's training records are compliant. Manage all priorities and changes effectively. Requirements. Relevant Qualification - (preferably within Scientific or Health related field. Ability to learn and comply with financial and legal guidelines. 1 -2 years Clinical Trials Experience. Stamp 4 work rights essential. Fluency in one of the following languages: Spanish, Dutch, Flemish, French, Romanian, German or Hebrew.
