The Counter Sales Assistant : Plumbing & Heating will be responsible for dealing with the day to day sales enquiries/ transactions and maintaining high standards of customer care within the store : contact Daniella 086 7750646. Requirements ; You will act as the first point of contact with the Clients via phone and face to face - offering advice and quotations, Ensuring the efficient processing and follow-up of customer enquiries regarding all plumbing & heating enquiries. Assist with all pluming & heating Sales and Enquiries. Maintaining effective communications with suppliers regarding the sourcing and delivery of all plumbing & heating supplies. Answering phones -Maximise plumbing & heating sales by continually expanding orders and up material on all incoming and outgoing calls. Day to day plumbing & heating quotations -Ensure all quotations are followed up when necessary. Skills and Experience Required : Previous customer facing experience in a trade environment, Plumbing & Heating Product Knowledge is highly desirable. Must be extremely customer focused and results driven. Sales experience and/ or product knowledge in the heating and plumbing industry. Experience within retail /customer environment area. Plumber, Plumbing & Heating, Building Materials, Trade Counter, Internal Sales, Telesales, Sales Support, Outbound Sales, Counter Sales, Inbound Sales.
