Our East Cork based client are looking for an Accounts Assistant/ Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be in the process of completing their Accountancy exams or have accounts experience and looking to work in Industry. Duties: Assisting with the processing of payroll including BIK & contributions. Stock System Maintenance. Preparation of VAT returns, VAT reconciliations etc. Online Banking & Payment Runs. Processing of expenses. Assisting with monthly management accounts. Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable & Credit Control. Journal Posting & Account Reconciliation. Assist with preparation of month end accounts pack. Assist Auditors with Year End accounts. Be the point of contact for stakeholders. Logistics / order management cover. General Admin work. Logistics / order management cover. Other Ad hoc duties as required. Attributes: Excellent communication & PC skills. Microsoft Excel essential. Experience with SAGE 200 a distinct advantage.
