Our client, a leading global organisation is recruiting Mandarin Chinese Customer Support Agent to join their expanding multicultural team in Cork. Responsibilities. Deal with queries in an efficient and timely manner. Take ownership of queries from start to finish. Escalate issues where necessary. Work to specific key performance indicators. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure the provision of the best possible customer service. Work as part of a team and liaise with other departments where necessary. Protect the organisation’s brand by operating in a professional and courteous manner. Requirements. Native-level Mandarin Chinese is essential. Previous experience in a Customer Service role. Strong communication skills. Self-motivated with a positive attitude towards work. Good organisational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
