My client is an IT company based in Ireland with a wide geographical customer base stretching from Ireland, UK, Middle East, India and Africa. CSC Partners Recruitment is delighted to be working again with this client to support the growth and development of this bespoke company. Due to increased growth, we are looking to recruit a Qualified Recruiter to work as part of an award-winning team in house team. Working with a fantastic group of people, my client gives the tools and autonomy to be great at their job. Working with this client, recruitment is about growth, success and fun. You will be experienced in attracting, shortlisting, selecting and appointing candidates for jobs within this organisation along with advertising, guiding candidates through the recruitment process. Your new role: Working within a team of recruitment professionals to deliver excellent service delivery in-house. Full 360 life cycle recruitment with the teamWorking in partnership with the business to understand the recruitment needs. Managing candidate process and act as a candidate advocate. Responsibility for sourcing candidates through networking, internet postings, university relations, etc. Headhunting suitable candidates as part of the recruitment strategy. Strive for excellence across all aspects of your role. Continuous follow-up with clients and Senior Management to confirm staffing plans and candidate needs are met. Compile and update reports for job openings, hires, and post-hire summaries for Recruitment Manager. Strategically developing and execute recruiting plans - first point of contact for all Recruitment related queries. Partner with the teams to deliver real time effective solutions to improve on existing processes. Act as a subject matter expert in recruitment services, identify gap's in the recruitment processes and recommend and implement how solutions can be achieved. Follow process on pre-employment screening and compliance policies. Involvement in increasing the company’s visibility to attract candidates. Meet SLA's and KPI's as set, in line with the overall delivery requirements of the business. You will be: Degree qualified or equivalent professional experience. A minimum of 2 years’ experience. Preferable but not necessary previous work experience recruiting high end engineers or developers or similar. Experienced in Boolean searches and sourcing of passive and active candidates. Strategic thinker, hands on knowledge of sourcing and attracting candidates. What’s on offer: Excellent package including above market salary.
