Client Service Representative. Permanent. Cork. This is an exciting opportunity for a Client Service Representative to join an established software company who are new to the Irish market. Responsibilities. Support clients on queries in a highly efficient and professional manner. Work in accordance with strict SLAs. Maintain a high level of knowledge on company products and services. Educate clients on products and services. Assist in growth the company brand in Ireland through building excellent relationships with clients. Ensure the protection of the brand through proving exceptional service. Taking ownership of queries until they are resolved or escalated. Requirements. Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. Experience in SaaS and dealing with complex software products. Previous experience in a high growth/start-up is beneficial. Knowledge of the Healthcare system is beneficial. A basic understanding of software coding is beneficial. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for the customer. Excellent problem-solving skills and demonstrated good judgement. Accountability and conscientiousness. Ability to ‘think outside the box” A keen interest in learning and personal development.
