This business is continuously expanding their Irish operations and as a result, a new requirement for a Senior Regulatory Affairs professional has arisen for one of their Munster operations (GMP facility). Reporting to the Process Micro Team Leader you will have responsibility across the following: Provide on-the-floor microbiological support for manufacturing processes including generation and maintenance of manufacturing support documentation (i.e. SOPs, Evaluation Protocols, trend analyses. Partner with Operations, QC Analytical Microbiology, Technical Scientists, Engineering and Quality on risk-based assessments, testing strategies and troubleshooting. Build deep technical expertise in the area of responsibility and demonstrate strong data-driven decision-making and problem-solving capabilities. Develop and maintain Environmental (EM) and personnel monitoring programs. The Person. Minimum of an undergraduate degree, ideally an advanced degree (MS or PhD preferred), in Microbiology or related biological field. 5 years in a frontline microbiological support role in a GMP manufacturing environment - Pharma/Biotech. Experience in mammalian cell culture and purification processes is desirable. Eligible to work and live within the EU. Benefits: Excellent training. Competitive annual salary.
