Executive Head Chef required for leading 5* Hotel in Cork, ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in a similar role, this is wonderful opportunity for highly experienced Chef to work in a very successful Resort property with experienced team. The position will suit Executive or Head Chef from a large Hotel with excellent Bar and Restaurant trade who is used to running a busy Kitchen. There is a very popular high end Banqueting facility also so volume experience in Weddings, Banqueting and Events business is required. Here its all about food quality and team management, efficient service, having a great relationship with your colleagues and generally being the leader of a great team. General Manager will recruit experienced Executive Chef from a well managed property for this role, you will be responsible for all Kitchen operations, HACCP, purchasing, cooking, training, rostering etc, etc. Plenty of novel ideas, flair, enthusiasm and pride in your work required for this role.
