DAILY TASKS INCLUDE. ● Liase with developers to deploy and manage platform. ● Building infrastructure as code in the AWS cloud with Terraform and Puppet. ● Running scripts in bash● Providing expertise on DevOps best practices, standards. ● Building and maintaining tools for deployment. ● Resolving issues in our test and development environments. SKILLS. ● At least 3 years experience in a Linux environment is key. ● Experience with Amazon Web Services or a similar cloud system. including the ability to automate them via their REST APIs. ● Must have scripting skills. ● Experience with Docker or Kubernetes is desirable. ● Experience with Java or or a modern programming language is desirable. ● Virtualization skills are desirable. ● Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. ● Excellent communication skills.
