Hartley People are looking to recruit a  Customer Support Analyst  for an exciting opportunity with a leading Cork based software company. This is a great opportunity for anyone that has strong experience in Customer Service or Technical Support ideally in the area of software or a related field.    The role:    Provide application support, troubleshoot problems and apply solutions. Resolve issues via telephone and email. Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers. Work with internal stakeholders to increase customer satisfaction. Escalate issues as required. Record events and problems and their resolution in logs. Provide support to junior members of staff  The Person: Third level education in Business IT or a related discipline. 3+ years in a similar role – Customer Service or Technical Support in software  The ability to prioritize tasks as required. SQL experience – Desirable.
