Accounts Payable Supervisor. We are now recruiting an Accounts Payable (AP) Supervisor to join our finance team in Carrigaline on a permanent basis. Primary Accountabilities: Management of large team of Accounts payable professionals responsible for processing third party invoices for multiple entities across PepsiCo. Responsible for managing team through difficult situations and dealing with challenging environments. Drive career of team members through the development of robust and inspiring plans. Development and issuance of monthly KPIs detailing activity and improvements during the period including presentation to Controller. Further leverage IT to develop new KPIs outlining challenges in the Procurement to Pay process and developing actions plans to remediate. Engaging with PGCS requestioners on a regular basis to ensure process compliance. Drive culture of productivity across the team delivering sustainable savings on an annual basis. Develop strong links with IT, other PepsiCo entities and external bodies to identify best practices and introduce in team. Exercise internal controls in order to maintain compliance with financial policies and Global Control Standards and actively review same for continued compliance. Deal with external and internal auditors to ensure compliance of audits and statutory requirements. Preparation of documentation and analysis of current processes with a view to standardization, automation & elimination. Involvement with the Company's efforts to ensure compliance with all commercial, company, environmental, safety and other legislation. Essential Skills: Proven track record in leading in a process based environment, ideally multi-national focused. Extensive people management experience. Extensive Accounts Payable experience. Exposure to and working knowledge of SAP and experience of introducing new technologies to streamline processes. Good time-management skills and the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines, particularly at month end. Strong team player with good communication skills, who can interact with other departments and management. Self-sufficient with the ability and desire to work efficiently and productively in a multi-task environment on a daily basis. Ability to identify opportunities and manage change programs - to streamline/ reengineer existing processes and influence people to implement them. Ability to identify issues on a timely basis, identify an action plan to resolve issues and influence others to implement the action plan.
