Proven training record to deliver high standards. Excellent attention to detail. Stock taking and GP awareness. Understanding of payroll and working % targets Vs sales. Good food and wine knowledge. Clear idea of acceptable delivery of offer. Good understanding of importance in consistency in all areas of the business. Ordering produce. Excellent leadership skills.
