General Manager – BPO. Cork. Permanent. My client, a leading Business Process Outsourcing company is recruiting an experienced General Manager for their site in Cork. Responsibilities. Responsible for ensuring teams operate in accordance with agreed SLAs and KPIs. Identify and address operational problems to ensure minimum disruption. Provide clear strategic direction and objective analysis for the teams. Key client relationship management. Review and measure activities against KPIs and take action where necessary so teams achieve their maximum potential. Ensure all activities are consistently carried out in compliance with legislation and regulations. Promote the importance of adhering to relevant policies and procedures. Requirements. Experience in an Operational Management role in the BPO/Call Centre industry. Direct people management experience. Experience with Collections including an understanding of the related legislation and compliance is essential. Demonstrated ability to lead and drive successful teams. Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships. Experience with Change Management and continuous improvement. Strong knowledge of BPO systems and technologies.
