Due to continued growth PE Globalrequires an experienced Accounts Administrator in our offices in Little Island in Cork on a permanent basis. This position is an immediate start. Role: Experience of preparing prepayments and accruals. Experience of credit control, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Processing a high volume of timesheets. Processing supplier payments and customer invoicing accurately. Taking ownership and responsibility of assigned function. Dealing with customer/contractor queries in a timely and efficient manner. Building relationships with co-workers and customers alike. Adherence to tight deadlines. Ability to multi task with strong attention to detail. Self-motivated with a can-do approach. Education & Experience: Accounting Technician or equivalent. Experience with a computerised accounts package - SAGE Line 50. Good computer skills, i.e. Microsoft Office.
