Customer Liaison (French Speaking)
My client a Cork based company require a French speaker. Key duties of the role will include (but not limited to): Provide excellent customer experience through the timely coordination & execution of contracts. This requires monitoring daily operational dashboard to ensure compliance with pre-defined SLAs. Ensure effective distribution of the dashboard across the team. Interact with process owners on financial assessment & payment behaviours. Execute sales order credit release. Support standard customer collection activities. Experience in Sales Force, SAP P2P module, MS Office including Visio an advantage. Comply with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) & Business control requirements. Monthly Aged Debt review analysis, presentation and management. Qualifications/Requirements. University Degree or NFQ Level 8 essential. Demonstrated knowledge of Customer Service work streams essential. Minimum 2 years customer facing experience. SAP experience a distinct advantage. Must demonstrate strong telephone communication skills with ability to influence and negotiate. Fluency in the Frenchlanguage for role is a requirement for this role.
