Provide administrative support to the Purchasing and Marketing Department. Experience of working in a busy office environment. Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with internal colleagues and stores. Greet clients and answer phones. Strong communication and time management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks to a high standard and meet deadlines. Positive can do attitude. Experience in creating social media campaigns, dealing with customer queries and responding to comments online. Manage Maxi Zoo website, email newsletter and company magazine and in-store radio campaigns. High level of competence in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word and PowerPoint (in particular excel) essential as responsible for maintaining retail epos system – training will be provided. Work with agency on monthly PR. Customer service orientated with experience in dealing with complaints. Manage campaigns from start to finish and be able to extract key learnings. Why Join us.
