Human Resources Operations Analyst. Human Resources Services Analyst - 12 Month Contract. HR Operations teams develop, deliver, and improve HR processes and programs through continuous improvement and evaluation efforts, technology solutions and centralised shared services. They implement Human Resources policy at the country or regional level partnering with management to drive companywide programs and initiatives. Human Resources Services Analyst Role Overview: In this role you provide support to employees, other HR groups and management. Analysing and answering escalated and complex HR-related inquiries and process non-routine HR-related transactions in areas such as new-hire onboarding, change-of-status, benefits, termination of employment, etc. This role would typically require 1-3 years’ experience in customer service work environments combined with a good level of knowledge and use of supporting IT systems and tools (e.g. SAP or SuccessFactors. Human Resources Operations AnalystRole Overview: In this role you will build, implement and improve the organisation’s global HR systems, data, reporting and analytics platform. You will monitor the HR system technology needs and provide technology solutions by designing new or modifying existing systems. This role typically requires a minimum of 5+ years of HRIS experience or experience in data management. Senior HR Operations Analyst Role Overview: In this role you will track & monitor multiple projects with differing degrees of complexity; e.g.Payroll interfaces,M&A Integration activities,Success Factors enhancement and other portfolio projects as required. You will overseeChange Management,Project Administration andCo-ordinate data governance reviews.This role typically requires aminimum of 5+ years HRIS experience or experience in datamanagementand would also require Success Factors Product Suite experience and aProject Management qualification.
