Reporting to the CEO, the E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for delivering on Miss Designer Golfs online business target, driving and implementing our digital strategy. You will ensure the business has a strong differentiated presence and relevance globally whilst maximizing revenue, profitability and maintaining a high level of growth. This will incorporate our strategy and execution across Social Media, Digital Marketing, Digital Product, Digital Production and Data & Analytics. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Set Ecommerce strategy for Miss Designer Golf’s online channel, missdesignergolf.com. Own the P&L for the online channel and deliver on all KPIs, notably revenue, profit contribution, customer growth and customer satisfaction. Lead the execution of all initiatives on our strategic roadmap to continue expanding missdesignergolf.com as a leading innovative business and the coolest golf boutique in the world. Ownership of digital trade across marketing, production, platform and onsite experience. Responsibility is grouped within the following areas but should not be seen as an exhaustive list: Marketing: Responsible to drive efficient traffic to missdesignergolf.com across Social Media, Performance marketing, SEO and CRM for continued rapid company growth. Platform and onsite experience: Ensure platform is managed to deliver on all objectives and customer experience is understood in depth with continued development and optimisation according to Platform and Product roadmap. Production: Master the end to end process of Miss Designer Golf’s Production from warehouse to website. This includes Studio management as well as Creative styling and photography. Be a strong inspirational leader for the Ecommerce team, challenging and motivating as you lead from the front. You will be managing and developing three direct reports. You will be responsible for maintaining a high performing, high energy, collaborative and fun culture as the team continues to expand to support missdesignergolf.com’s high growth trajectory. Be a key member of the senior leadership team at Miss Designer Golf, to lead the overall business and ensure a market leading joined up multichannel customer experience. You will work closely with the CEO, in Buying & Merchandising, Editorial and Operations. Operate with the gravitas to get buy-in from all key stakeholders; be the digital expert within the business.
