FP&A Analyst. PepsiCo is on the look-out for x3 FP&A Analysts to join our dynamic Finance function and be part of our team in Cork. We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo's mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi. We are at the heart of PepsiCo products, sourcing ingredients to manufacture more than 1,200 recipes for our brands. We are a global organisation, situated in 17 locations across 11 countries offering careers in various functions from Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Finance, R&D, HR and IT. Principle Accountabilities: Ingredient COGS. Review of monthly incurred PPV reports ensuring that all variances are understood and corrections are made in advance of costs hitting the P&L - close collaboration required with local procurement and supply chain. Identify where trends are not consistent with AOP/latest forecast. Champion the finance agenda with local Procurement and Supply Chain teams, ensuring training is provided when required. Global Capital. Prepare presentations for FP&A Senior Director /Engineering Director showing trends against targets, forecast v Plan and related value Add cause of Change. Collate Risks and Opportunities to Forecast to ensure insight and foresight is available to Senior stakeholders. Responsibility for executing communications on PepsiCo policies as it relates to Capital Planning/Capex Process e.g. Capitalisation policy/ Corporate Capex process/ Approvals etc. Ensure all financials for any investments are accurate, Benefits/IRR Calculations etc. All Roles. Preparation of AOP and forecasts. Monthly close reporting and variance analysis by sector and function. Essential Skills. Ingredient COGS. Excellent working knowledge of standard costing systems and variances. Strong systems experience - Microsoft Business applications, and SAP/ BPC Experience highly desirable. Excel expertise essential. Global Capital. Excellent working knowledge of Capital Expenditure processes. Strong stakeholder management skills and proven record of relationships with senior leaders in the organisation. All roles. Strong financial skills, excellent communications and problem solving. Experienced at Analysing and distilling large amounts of data into meaningful and presentable content to support decision making. Ability to adapt to changing situations and problem solve quickly in a changing and dynamic environment - tight reporting timelines. Professionally qualified accountant with some PQE (ideally in a multinational manufacturing environment. Track record of academic success and career progression. Desired Skills: The person must also have significant ability to learn quickly on the job as the nature of the role means that the requests can be very varied and are required at short notice - there is no time for a long learning curve for day to day requests.
