Responsibilities of the role. TAA will as one team with our RPO partners be responsible to for delivery of recruitment and sourcing for all vacancies and administration services and in collaboration will implement a best-in-class talent acquisition function. Deliver behavioural based interviewing training for our client groups. Influencing leaders on hiring decisions, and will ensure consistency in the all talent acquisition processes that support best in class manager and candidate experience. Understand the local market and talent supply and trends and be able to leverage external data to influence talent decisions for the business. Strategically engage in talent fairs together with the business to represent the business externally. Education & Experience. Candidates must have a 3rd level degree in Human Resources or Business. At least 4 years’ experience working in a large matrixed environment. Pharmaceutical experience is an advantage. Deep understanding of direct sourcing methodologies and end to end recruitment process knowledge. CIPD qualification desirable. Interested candidates should submit an updated CV.
