Trainee Recruitment Consultant required to join existing PE Globalteam. PE Global is a market leader in recruitmentwithin thePharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, IT, Finance, FoodandShared Servicessectors for contract, temporary and permanent positions. Due to a rapidly increasing market, we are currently looking for a TraineeRecruitment Consultant to join our team. You will need good Account Management skills and the ability to develop relationships with current clients. You will have the following day to day responsibilities: Dealing with Contract, Temporaryor Permanentopportunities. Work as part of a proactive, professional team. Provide first class customer service to Clients and Candidates alike. Account manages large scale customers. Managing Business development and promoting the companies services. J ob requirements: Must have a passion for placing candidates and experience identifying, sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing candidates at all levels. Ability to deliver results with little supervision and working to targets. Some experience in a Sales, Customer Service environment or previous Industry experience preferred. Excellent negotiation skills and oral/written communication skills.
