The successful candidate will work as part of the team preparing excellent, top quality food for breakfast, lunch and dinners. Responsibilities: Working as part of a team in a busy kitchen environment. Maintaining good personal and professional hygiene practices. Contributing towards menu creation when required. Participating in any training required for the role. Intake of deliveries and ensuring stock rotation. Maintaining a clean work space at all times. Skills: Good communication skills. Excellent culinary skills with a knowledge of the HAACP system. Ability to deal with pressure in a busy environment. Experience in a kitchen is essential. INDELC.
