We are now recruiting a Talent Acquisition Co-Ordinator to join HR team in Cork on a 12 month contract basis initially. We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo's mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi. We are at the heart of PepsiCo products, sourcing ingredients to manufacture more than 1,200 recipes for our brands. In this role you'll be providing a full recruitment administration service to our Ireland business primarily. Day to day you'll be posting adverts, arranging interviews, planning and facilitating assessment centres, administrating psychometric tests, dealing with queries, providing feedback to candidates and sending out external job offers. Yes, it's a very busy job! It's a non-stop, fast-paced role where there is always plenty to do. You'll be part of a larger team split across the UK & Ireland, we're a very friendly bunch! Primary Accountabilities: Supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager and Advisors with the full end-to-end recruitment process including candidate management, interview and assessment scheduling and posting roles internally and externally. Internal stakeholder management and discretion in regard to scheduling assessments with PepsiCo managers. Helping to facilitate assessment events, by providing a friendly welcome to visiting candidates, and ensuring they have a great experience during their time with us. Online and real time psychometric test administration for candidates (training will be provided. Recruitment co-ordination, including co-ordination of careers fairs, events, interviews and assessment centres. Responsible for end to end Recruitment for L1-L3 roles in PGCS Ireland and others depending on team volume. Assist with sourcing candidates for the team depending on volume. Ensuring all processes are administered accurately and in a timely manner to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction (hiring managers, candidates and HR. Preparing and producing monthly and quarterly recruitment metrics and forecasting. Conducting telephone interviews and, where appropriate, face-to-face interviews. Ensuring TA is compliant at all times with process, systems, and filing of recruitment notes, etc. Issuing new starter documentation. Essential Skills: Previous experience of HR/Recruitment coordination in a busy, fast paced environment is essential. HR/Recruitment systems experience (we use BrassRing/Kenexa but this is not essential. Strong IT skills, in particular with Microsoft office. Professional but friendly demeaner. Interest in developing a career in HR or Recruitment. Experience of co-ordinating events would be useful. Able to multi-task and demonstrated prioritisation skills. Demonstrates a can-do attitude and a sense of passion, enjoyment and pride about their work, as well as having an interest in developing a career in HR or Recruitment. Previous experience with proactively sourcing candidates and/or recruitment is preferable.
