The Responsibilities: Outbound calling into non-existing accounts and expand solutions for existing customers within the SMB segment. Qualify and progress new opportunities and prospect. Maintain a broad knowledge of company products, services and processes. Create and maintain monthly revenue forecast as well as develop, manage and report on a sales pipeline within the territory. Follow sound sales processes and steps including. Creating and implementing a strategic territory/sales plan. Maintain an aggressive daily activity level. Adherence to corporate CRM and business systems use. Key Skills: Fluent in written & spoken English & French. Experienced in selling to Director-level and higher contacts within IT organizations. Able to find and develop new pipeline opportunities. Able to exceed individual quarterly quotas. Available for minimal travel, as required. Must-Have Skills and Background: 2+ years' experience of selling in technology and/or security preferred. Proven record of bringing new logos into an organization. Strong sales process and lead generation skills. A history of extensive and consistent cold calling skills to develop a pipeline. Proven record of closing network security transactions. Strong qualification skills and can motivate the prospect. Successful experience working with reseller channels. Previous sales of security software solutions and services preferred. Strong negotiation and closing skills including a demonstrated ability to deliver on assigned revenue expectations. INDIVIDUAL: Open to Change. Likes a fast-moving environment. Thrives with Autonomy and Self- Mgt. High levels of maturity/confidence. Strong sense of Accountability. Self-disciplined. Ambitious. Aware of motivators. SKILLS: Understanding how to manage the deal through the full sales process. Prospecting (listening, questioning, be curious, build relationships. Organisation skills - How to manage your day. Managing a large pipeline. Objection management – need to be comfortable to manage when they don’t necessarily have all the information. Storytelling. Closing – no fear of asking for the deal – need to provide proven experience. Language (French. EXPERIENCE: Fully comfortable spending 10+ hours a week on the phone. Solution sales – Necessary. Technology solution industry - Necessary. Security Industry – Not Necessary. Technologically minded - Necessary. 3+ Years Full Inside Sales – Desirable.
