IT Desktop Support is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Cork based client. CareerWise Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading Multi National in Cork to recruit a strong IT Desktop Support to join their IT team. You will be working in a very busy environment supporting local and EMEA based stakeholders. THE ROLE: * You must have strong customer service experience in terms you will be liaising with escalated tickets within desktop support for local & remote based users. * You will be working in a cloud based environment. * You will be the first line support for all applications, escalating to level two when required. * You will be supporting all mobile devices - Apple & Android etc. * You will be working on a number of antivirus softwares. * Work & support internal network with a Microsoft environment. * You will be working within a SOX based environment. REQUIREMENTS: * 3 years' experience within Desktop Support within a Multi National Environment. * Must have cloud based desktop support. * Experience in Hardware, VOIPs are distinct advantage. * Experience in working with remote users across regions. * Strong communication and technical skills. * Third level degree is required.
