HR Administrator. I am eager to speak to recent HR Graduates or people with 1-2 years HR experience who would be interested in an HR Administrator role. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Dealing with documentation relating to the following processes: new starter, changes to contractual terms and conditions, probation, absence management, investigation, performance management, disciplinary, flexible working and grievance. To draft documents on an ad hoc basis i.e. reference requests and proof of employment. Undertaking HR filing as required and ensuring that all employee files are as up to date as possible and held securely at all times. To respond to general queries and questions from management and associates in relation to HR and employee relations. Provide assistance to the HR team with ad-hoc project work. Basic Qualifications: 1-2 year’s experience in similar administrativeor HR role. Relevant third level qualification. An interest in HR with a passion for learning more about the subject area.
