Job Title: Commis Chef and Chef de Partie. We are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef de Partie and Commis Chef to join our Cork based clients busy, dynamic team. Adhere to and implement all service and hygiene standards. To work in a safe and responsible manner. To attend any kitchen meetings. Run busy kitchen section. Receive and record daily deliveries. Skills. Previous experience in a similar role desirable. Be HAACP trained and practice food safety procedures. Ability to work well with others in a team environment. Be professional with a positive attitude towards work. Practice good standards of personal and professional standards.
