Experienced Maintenance Manager required for busy 4* Hotel in Dublin, focus of the role is on day to day maintenance ensuring all plant, machinery and equipment is fully functional and properly maintained and serviced. This includes day to day duties from changing bulbs and batteries to managing service schedules on heavy equipment, regrouting shower trays to oiling squeaky hinges ! Successful candidate will need 2+ years experience in a similar role, possibly coming from a No2 Maintenance role in another Hotel. You must be very flexible in your range of skills, be standards driven, demonstrate excellent guest relations and have excellent administration skills. You will have daily responsibility for maintaining the entire Hotel facility, general trades experience required including plumbing, painting and electrical expertise.
