An Operations Supervisor is needed by CareerWise Recruitment for a Cork based client in the waste water sector. The Supervisor will provide direction, leadership and a consistent approach to ensure that operational practices are followed and improved to meet the required; environmental, operational and business targets. This is a permanent role on days with benefits. THE ROLE: * Supervising the Company's operations team and supervision of contractors. * Planning, coordination and control of the Company's quality system. * Coordination and control of process corrective and preventative actions. * Overseeing the Company's Health and Safety systems. THE REQUIREMENTS: * Have an Engineering or Science background and/or good experience working within the process industry. * Have proven supervisory skills & demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. * Have good IT skills: Word, Excel and experience with site-wide telemetry systems such as SCADA.
