This is an opportunity to join a global Life Sciences company based in Cork as a Payroll Specialist. This multinational company are looking for someone on an 18-month contract to cover a staff member going on maternity leave. The ideal candidate for this position will have an IPASS Qualification and will be confident in their abilities to work independently. Based in Cork, this candidate will act as a point of contact for all payroll related queries such as questions on pensions, taxes, revenues, benefits, social welfare policies etc. The Job: • Review Payroll calculations and prepare other calculations. • Ensure payroll is paid accurately and on time. • Process all payroll documentation. • Assist in audits. • Handle employee inquiries. • Ensure Time & Attendance system is maintained correctly. The Person: • IPASS Qualification. • 2+ years’ experience in Payroll. • ROS knowledge. • Knowledge of Core Time System a benefit. • Experience with SAP would be nice.
