General Accountant. Preparation of accounts. Contribute to the preparation of monthly consolidated management accounts. Contribute to the preparation of annual consolidated financial statements and Annual Report. Preparation of statutory accounts for some Irish legal entities. Responsible for VAT and CT filings and liaising with Tax Advisors. Contribute to the preparation of cash flow projections, forecasts and capital expenditure reports for the CFO. Liaise with audit teams (external and internal) and implement recommendations. Contribute to the preparation and review of Group Finance policies and procedures. Continuous Improvement initiatives. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external customers. Be prepared to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment. Strong technical ability. Strong analytical and excel skills. Excellent attention to detail. Strong organisational, planning and time management skills. Demonstrate initiative. Be self-motivated and prepared to be flexible when the occasion demands. Good communicator – verbal & written. Team player. Strong Business Acumen. Requirements. Knowledge of IFRS/FRS102 an advantage. Experience of working in an SME. Advanced proficiency in MS Office. Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal. Excellent planning and organising skills, ability to multi-task, plan and prioritise work schedule and work within agreed timescales. Resilience and capable of working under pressure in a demanding environment. Deal with all queries and information in a professional and confidential manner. Strong commercial awareness, business acumen. Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability with high accuracy.
