Opportunity to join leading FDA manufacturing facility. The Director will have well-developed leadership skills in Production and Manufacturing operations in a highly regulated medical device manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will have significant experience in the implementation of lean manufacturing methods, process improvement and operational excellence initiatives as well familiarity with modern practices for production planning, financial planning and cost control. Capable of leading organization change while sustaining high levels of employee engagement. Relevant degree A Medical Device manufacturing background preferred. At least 10 years of experience in Manufacturing and Operations, including at least 5 years of people management. Expertise in developing and managing a variety of manufacturing technology platforms. In-depth understanding of lean production, continuous improvement, with experience in managing cost reduction programs.
