Our client, based in East Cork is looking for a QA Specialist to join their food manufacturing facility. This is a stand alone role, and requires someone who is an experienced QA officer and able to ensure the BRC A rate standards are maintained. You will be familiar with customer and regulatory audits and you will be responsible for doing induction training for new staff and updating procedural quality manuals. You will be familiar with reviewing and developing policies and procedures and risk assessments to meet accreditation and customer requirements. You will have a 3rd level qualification coupled with 2 years QA experience in a QA role in a Food manufacturing facility who has BRC rating. You will be a self starter and someone who is able to challenge non conformance. You will have good report writing, documentation skills and communication skills.
