Field Sales Representative - Medical. Cork. Permanent. My client, an expanding multinational organisation in the medical sector is recruiting a Medical Field Sales Representative to cover the Republic of Ireland region. Responsibilities. Manage an existing portfolio of customers in an assigned territory. New business development. Work to specific KPIs and sales targets. Educate healthcare professionals on a range of products and procedures. Develop and maintain strong professional relationships. Maintain a high level of knowledge of both product knowledge and market knowledge. Liaise with other areas of the business as required. Provide regular updates and reports to line manager in relation to targets and sales figures. Maintain and develop client database. Attend tradeshows and events as required. Requirements. Third level qualification in nursing/medical field or similar relevant area. Previous experience in a target-driven sales role. Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships. Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Self-motivated and results oriented. Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines. Good judgement and strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
