We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commis Chef to work in a busy kitchen environment. The candidate should be enthusiastic and willing to learn. The successful candidate will work as part of the team preparing excellent, quality food for breakfast, lunch and dinners. Responsibilities: Taking direction from senior chefs and carrying out duties accordingly. Maintaining good personal and professional hygiene practices. Contributing towards menu creation when required. Participating in any training required for the role. Intake of deliveries and ensuring stock rotation. Maintaining a clean work space at all times. Skills: Good communication skills. Excellent culinary skills with a knowledge of the HAACP system. Ability to deal with pressure in a busy environment.
