I have the privilege in assisting my client, a well-known and highly respected manufacturing plant to find a Dispatch Operator. My client has been established for over 30 years and have a state-of-the-art facility in Bandon. Positions do not come up very often with this company. The reason the role has become available is due to internal progression. My client is looking for an experienced operator who has dispatch experience, who is looking to progress their career with the company. Duties. * Intake of goods. * Order picking ensuring the correct orders go to the right retailer. * Pack and dispatch to the correct specifications and that all products are meeting the quality standards required. * Stacking of products on pallets in accordance with proper selecting procedures. * Stock taking. * Ensure the Warehouse is kept in a safe clean and hygienic manner. Requirements. * Previous Dispatch Operative experience. * Must have Forklift License. * Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast paced environment. * Excellent communication skills. * Hard working and enthusiastic, a team player.
