Sales Support






Sales Support is responsible for assisting the Product Manager/Industry Group Manager in supplying customers with quality products, increasing sales and ensuring and maintaining customer satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES. Ensure stock releases to the warehouse are correctly placed and in good time for delivery; Type correspondence for customers and principals; Prepare or obtain purchase requisitions, quotations, costing and orders from customers or Principals; Conduct telephone sales and handle all incoming calls timeously; Ensure that customer database, with products purchased and pricing is established and maintained; Follow up on shipping documents and details; Ensure that records are stored safely and are easily retrievable; Ensure that documentation is correctly and efficiently forwarded for processing for commissions to be paid; Perform customer satisfaction audits; Perform debt collections and aim to achieve 100% collections; Assist other departments when colleagues are absent; Conduct responsibilities in accordance with ISO, SHE and responsible care; Telesales with a minimum of 40 calls to customers on a monthly basis; Sample room management – preparation, checking, storage etc.; Provide administrative and secretarial support to Product Manager and Industry Group Managers; Other reasonable tasks. PERSON PROFILE. School leaving certificate; Administrative and secretarial experience; Industry related experience; Computer literate in MS Office; Product knowledge training; Candidates need to hold a B.Pharma. or Pharmaceutical Science qualification. SPECIFIC JOB SKILLS. People and communication skills; Create Sales presentation for Product Managers using presentation packages (PowerPoint); Computer literate on the various MS Office packages – Outlook/Word/Excel and PowerPoint; Good organizational and planning skills; Ability to be trained; Terms: Full-time, permanent. Package: €22,000 - 24,000 DOE plus bonus and travel allowance.
